What we collect
When you use the Discuss an Idea form, we collect the information you submit: name, email address, and the content of your enquiry (intended outcome, current situation, and any evidence you choose to share).
Why we process it
We process this information to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether there is a useful next step. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, and where applicable measures preparatory to a contract at your request.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and manage the conversation, then deleted or archived under ordinary business record practices, unless a longer period is required by law.
Who receives it
Messages are delivered to AIQU Systems and may be processed by our email delivery provider acting as a processor. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under applicable GDPR rules you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email hello@aiqusystems.ro.
